Just to let you what a pleasure it is to
use your iceMaster-PE emulator. The reason that prompted this e-mail to
you is that we have been forced to use other manufacturer's emulators for
Philips' '767 work and Cypress Semiconductor USB work for about a year.
None of them compare to the "ease-of-use" and flexibility of the
iceMaster-PE.

"I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how pleased I am with the
technical support I received .this morning. I'm working on a project
that has an extremely short development cycle (27 days). Last night about
7pm it became clear that we would have to switch ..to a different
derivative in order to make the project work (we ran out of on-board ram).
But it wasn't clear how (or if) we could make our MetaLink emulator work
in the new configuration. I called Tech Support this morning at 9:30 and
explained my predicament-he asked a few questions and said he would
investigate what could be done. At 9:54 there was an email in my box with
a zipped copy of the latest version of the software for our emulator. I
unzipped it, configured the software and was up and running again in the
new configuration by about 10:15. This is the kind of rapid professional
